The Joys of Pendergrass

Pendergrass, a small community nestled between Interstate 85 and Interstate 985 provides the quality of small town life within easy access of the metropolis Atlanta, the College town of Athens and the Poultry Capital of Gainesville.

Pendergrass only has a population of 422 residents but, with the addition of several plants, and distributions centers, such as, Bed Bath & Beyond, Toyota, and Walgreens in recent years thousands are employed within the community.

The small town of Pendergrass becomes host to over 25,000 people each weekend who come from miles around for Georgia’s Largest Flea Market, The Pendergrass Flea Market.
